OUR MISSION
At Murray County Development Authority, we believe Murray County is the best place to do business in Oklahoma.
We serve as a catalyst for local economic development and prosperity through the attraction, formation, retention, and expansion of business and improve quality of life through community development initiatives.
The Murray County Development Authority connects manufacturers, investors, site selectors, and developers with the resources they need to start or grow their business in Murray County. We also work closely with local development groups and the communities of Sulphur and Davis, Oklahoma to advance economic development outcomes for the surrounding area. In short, we’re here to make business happen in Murray County!

MAC TRAILER ENTERPRISES, Inc. opened a new manufacturing plant in Davis Oklahoma in 2018. This was a very large project, and the economic development folks in Murray County helped us every step of the way. They assisted with tax credit issues, training assistance, establishing local relationships, even helping us out at our company job fairs! I cannot speak highly enough for their enthusiasm and professionalism. They returned all of our phone calls promptly and went out of their way to see that we had everything we needed to open for business as planned.
